Lionels Landys has been rebuilding Land Rovers since the 1980's with series 2 & 3's. We made sure they were better than factory spec, all galvanized (Chassis, Door frames, Window frames, firewalls, e.c.t). Lionel himself (nut and bolt) Re-built many landys over the years and there are so many running around South Africa, we would be surprised if you never spotted one. There lifespan being increased exponentially because of the galvanizing.
